With a flick of a key that is painted
For the sound that is light but not fainted
It is black and then white moving slowly
With each glide of a note chiming sadly
And a tear that may drop on the ivory
Like the rain on the sill falling quickly
It is drenched on the tips like a puddle
As the storm in the room forms a huddle
And the blur on the pad darkens faintly
As the black of a lash drizzles gently
And the sound of the strings beating pensive
While the wind on the pain grows intensive

You are very welcome, this is a piece that just rolls from the tongue when read out loud and all poetry should do that

*please do not rate or reply thankyou*
As a non fan of rhyme I have to say that I did enjoy this, I liked its lyrical quality as I read it out loud and I do love the way it ends so sadly yet like soft rain on the page. A beautiful penning.
