Make A Joyful Noise

Rapt in the beauty of this Man,

my heart swelled with each beat.

The genesis of my faith

formed in the depths of my soul,

as He taught me how to believe.

Compassionate and replete with love,

His desire only to give.

His promise of life is to everyone,

though many turn away,

denouncing the truth of His word.

Elated by His forgiveness,

in my salvation I proclaim Him.

Glorifying His holiness,

as I make a joyful noise

unto my Lord.

You write from the heart with such beautiful expression. I wonder what your position will be in Heaven-God may call on you to give an inspired word for the day-you never know-I think He encourages to use the talents He's given us not only for now, but in eternity as well. I know that He's aware of every piece you/ve written for HIm-look He gave David a whole book in the Old Testament-so I wouldn't be surprised if He's collecting your work in a book in Heaven to be read over and over.
    Love, love, love you!!!!!!!

What a perfectly "humble applause" you have given to Him. Your words exemplify your feelings for Him and become loving thoughts and prayers. Congratulations on another beautifully written poem. Best of luck in this contest.
