you could expand this a bit by filling out why you prefer this and that. Although this gives the reader what you like it doesn't from much of a picture.
oh well I can't explain myself much.. but it's like this poetry is about expressing yourself in a manner where you let your readers see, feel, hear, taste, touch into your work and not only 'to read' . Something like that..
Again I don't know what I'm talking about haha..

This could be a really cool poem if ...
you put a line inbetween each line describing the emotions behind each preference. It would transform this personal statement into your poetic philosphy.
The way it is, it leaves the reader with only half the story. The poetry is what should be inbetween the lines.
