Created in the laboratories of the American government
With intent to be spread to the Russians by American agents
With intent to wipe out the Black Continent
Only two of the reasons why this Monster came to be
A faithful nightmare to the world of Gays, Straights and Bis
In the western World
Those poor souls in the land of hunger and poverty are still
Dropping like flies daily from it
The Media Blared when they realised what was happening
Instructions!"Use a condom" was all they could think about
And I ask can you wash your feet with you socks on
I can`t!
So why should I *bunny*, with my cock inside my pants
I won`t!
The irony of it and a question never asked, was
Since when Man and by whom some mad idiots became gods
so as to decide for the future of mankind
As to who lives and who dies.

I love your ideas and philospohy in this poem. The Big AIDS Conspiracy. The battle between the most two powerful nations in the world over the discovery of it. Patient Zero. The Green African Monkey Conspiracy. The HIV does not cause AIDS theory.
You pack too much in too tight of the space. I feel you need to give your reader some thinking space because you are throwing all this out there one after the other. I learned in activism, that sometimes you have to pause so silence can deliver the message. This is in everything: oratory dleiveries, marhes, using the pen as the mighty sword, etc, give the reciever time to think.
So, with that, sir, if I may be so bold as to play around with it:

I certainly didn't know that,
my cousin has aids, 26 years and counting she got it from a blood transfusion, she is very strong an incredible human being, sadly enough if the disease doesn't kill the lies surely will.very strong and powerful write.
