definding us

it was not one moment
that lead us to this place

but a thousand piece's
from each moment lived

nor was it the words
that begun our journey

or shy first encounter
meant to impress

it wasn't the attraction
or the hesitating glances

that got us from there
to were we are now

it was the little things
we didn't have to once say

the little considerations
and the care that we showed

if i could put into words
to explain all that we are

then only theses words
come close to its means

and heard love speak."
