6 Feet Underneath Mother Nature

Sex is a metamorphosis, cold
Skeletal fingers grasp warm flesh
Barren bones, sharp, piercing,
Grip the eyes that weep
Squeeze, green visceral goo
The juice of broken spirited dreams
Shattered

Nails normally reserved for
Boards of chalk and disobedience
Trace of words in burning open wounds
Upon the naked, heaving chest
Eyes blinded,
Merely decaying husks of former glory

Death, by liberating cause
Crawling along the ground, garbage rotting
Rolling among broken bottles of intoxicating contents
As would a pig tumble in his own spew

MUST DISCOVER SALVATION
Likely in the form of in smokeable sensations
Bring on the nirvana of forever being,
6 Feet Underneath Mother Nature.

Im a huge fan of the second stanza, its wonderful. The idea riles a great many ideas of past and hopefully future experience. the idea that you claim the behaviors animalistic, pig like in this sense, minimize and scorn the act, yet like a bad habbit hard to break and in being animal enjoy the raw spirit of the moment was awesome. The last stanza can stand to be revised a bit, the verbiage is tough to follow, for ex: 'likely in the form of in smokeable sensations' it just reads awkward, the ending two lines were really interesting, and I enjoyed the allusion of nirvana as in its literal definition of reawakening knowledge.
