I'm from....
Rainy days, sand castles and snow-ball fights,
Sunny morning, windy evenings and chilly nights.
I'm from....
Changing houses, making friends and sad good-byes,
Shining moons, glimmering suns and clear blue skies.
I'm from....
Lasting friendships, distant places and staying true,
Guessing well, bad assumptions and knowing what to do.
I'm from....
Empty houses, full words and hoping for somethign right,
Believing in truth, not backing down, and putting up a fight.
I'm from....
Laughing with foes, playing with danger and crying with my best friend,
Chilling out, starting early, and hanging on until the end.
I'm from....
Silent words, whispered truths and working when life's rough,
A head held high, wishes too low and knowing enough's enough.
I'm from....
Reaching goals, winning games and smiling when I lose,
Crying when I'm happy, laughing when I'm sad and walking in other's shoes.
I'm from....
Standing when I fall, knowing where I stand, and soaring when I fly,
Never giving up, trying to climb and giving life a try,
I'm from....
Skating on a lake, flying in the sky, and swimming in the sea,
Originality, being different and always staying me.
I'm from....
Summer vacation, Christmas break and going back to school,
Hot showers, freezing snow and and weather that stays cool.
I'm from....
Figure skating, swimming fast and learning how to bowl,
Rocking hard, staying soft, 'cause that's just how I roll.

Far away relatives and fast friendships that go and come,
