Vast in number are the stars tonight,
hanging against a black curtain like blinking lights.
Where I live is a chill as seasons change,
a blessed night then where lives rearranged.
All the World stood still in anticipation,
remembering when Abraham was promised a nation.
He received that child and we did too,
a Savior was needed and long overdue.
One single star became our Promise above,
to be those Shepherds touched by the light of love.
The drummer boy with nothing but the music to give,
This newborn was to give all one day, that we may live.
If we too have nothing to give, well then surrender,
that is all He would want is for our hearts to be tender.
The animals lowerd their heads,as they gave reverance,
Today we need to bow too in Worship,Praise and Dance.
Laying on some hay in a manger stall,
the price He would later pay for us all.
Nowhere to live but yet had gifts fit for a King,
three Wise Men brought with them everything.
The stars remind us of miracles of then and now,
one shown brightly that will touch you somehow.
If you lost any Happiness from within,
He's here now to restore it all back again.
Feel His love and all that He brings,
born to be Ruler over everything.
Radiant light from so many stars,
tells us His light will always shine over all.
