Reclined, relaxed yet restless in despair
praying for moments of wonderment.
You lift my expectations as visions
slowly parade in my mind.
Realizing I am but a whisper
on the golden road of inspiration.
Lord you gave me invisible wings
to guard infinity; ebbing with
these tides of strife; seeking
precious days to out-number
your glorious stars
Knowing all I have to DO
is reach-out; You are there!
Take my hand

Yes,
She is within reach, the problem is not all will reach for her, especially when everything is "good".
It seems we only want Her when things are going wrong, or when we are in the midst of despair. But, even then, she will comfort us, though we are unfaithful the remainder of the time.
Your words capture Her perfectly here, Dove, reaching out to not only her, but the reader as well.
Well done, I love you,
Brazos

Oh, Ennovy, you wrote such a touching, heartwarming piece. Just thinking of how wonderful it must be to have someone with a hand always there to grasp. Such pure love.
