Down with the fall
I taste sweet oblivion
If everything turns to dust,
lets let this get dusty
Ignore the tare
I don't see it anywhere
Smiling depressives,
seducing their souls,
into another mans grave
Believing the lie because,
they just want to be saved
So simple and sweet is their surrender
Living in the rain and
selling their thunder
I begin to wonder if we'll ever evolve
When you know a lot about nothing,
consciousness d i s s o l v e s
Dripping dormant back into your reality
Begging, pleading...see me, feel me!
And if into your womb, you resist
It will never tire, it always persists
Life is a journey back to birth
Back into the earth
So lay down with the fall
Resistance will get you,
nowhere...
nowhere at all

The background is incredible .Nicely done .My favorite in here is the last stanza.

-
nice imagery. the background really looks good with this piece. i love it.

There are some great bursts of creative imagery woven throughout, leading along the somber of the very truth, pulsating within. Love the BG - it does justice for the piece itself. Nicely done!

....Living in the rain
....and selling their thunder
This is very cool...
The title is perfect for the piece.
It's the circle....
it's really to me what it is about...
The cycle of life and death and the futile struggle to understand it.
The last two stanzas where especially poignant....
and the background added quite a nice touch to the piece lass.
The tone is confident and wise....
Excellent!
like all your work...it put me out in space...pondering many universes.......
Much peace and love,
Lowell

Another mystical and mysterious poem, fitting background -- very thought-inducing, as well as mind-bending! A very good read!
