Writing a love poem is complicated,
Not for the faint of heart.
You never know what to say,
Never know where to start.
How do you express the way you feel?
So they know that it’s for real.
It could cause you to stay up many a night.
And you still don’t think it’s worded just right.
Maybe I’ll just keep it simple.
Short and to the point, that’s what’s best to do.
So I’ll come out with it, I’m in love with you.
