silence is bridge
between two nodes,
connecting two pauses.
sings universal rhyme.

love filled in sound
bereft of depth,
wind blown over sea
create turbulent waves,
true silence merges souls
conflicts falling
like autumn leaves.

    I like this look at the quality of silence. The companionable time when speaking is not necessary settles all turbulence and puts conflict into perspective, ephemeral and meaningless. I like the nature imagery of your poem.
