Moon's shadows meandered
within frozen river's crystals
sparkling reflections beamed
glistening with diamonds
Trees crackled frozen stiff
timbers breaking lightly
sifting softly like snow
covering sleeping tundra
Frozen for a time
as winter brings peaceful rest
a rejuvenation of earth
and of the mind's of man
