Obscured

Velvet whispers
Satin lies
plush filled voices
Sheer black sighs

Looks of silver
Cries of gold
Touches linger

Uncontrolled

Midnight beauty

Midday sweat

Moonlit sunshine

Unsung duet

Life is fleeting

Metal screams

"Things aren't always

What they seem"

Author notes

Remember... Things aren't always what they seem...

Oh, I like the eerie feeling this has! Your rhyming flows naturally, and I adore the faint rhythm your words have. They sort of remind me of the witches in Shakespeare's MacBeth, and I like how they talk, so naturally I was entertained by this. I am fascinated at how you pieced your phrases together; they appear to be sculpted individually till each one read the way they were desired to be. You offer a great message, and I was intrigued! Thanks for such great entertainment!
