Count me backward
to amber warm womb;
and why... I came

My first thought on reading---
the influence you have had
on all with whom you have interacted---
what emptiness....if you had not arrived
from whence you came...

I avoided this one for a while because I thought if it could incubate in my jelly-filled brain I'd see the meaning after a while. I forgot just how obtuse I am.

I can only think of some nascent desire to return to the essence of one's life, to the beginning, and of course to the reason why any of us exist. In a world filled with things to distract us, take us on a wayward path, at some point that voice must call, wanting to return, to start again.
Though I don't really like that answer, there is something more here, that last line suggests that...almost like a second coming...I know, I'm thinking too much.
But that would fit the title I think.

Really just an instinctive feeling in me that there was a time when I wondered where i had been before i was here; and a part of me that wondered if i once knew. Thanks for all-
