    Not sure what to say about this one. But it caught my attention, all right. The word "blood" tends to do that!

    I like the idea of the last line that there are people who seem to crave human emotions associated with love and trust...the feeling here is not always for good purposes...which is a dose of realism, perhaps...very thoughtful in eleven words... PK

    Very graphic! This may be the words shortest vampire poem.

    The varying contrasts on lines 2-4 seem to cover the gamut of desires...and maybe that is just it...that is love, taking all those varying degrees.
