Free verse makes title 'POET' free to all.
Let chimps pick words and stick them to the wall
With feces and call all to come and see
The triumph of the verse that's truly free.
Buy Alpha-Ghetty. Open up the can
And strew it out with no thought of a plan
Then when it hardens hang it on the wall.
As free verse art that is displayed for all.
The people who shout out they are free versed
Have found at poetry they are the worst,
But will not kindly turn to pottery
And stop inflicting gibberish on me.
Each time I hear that someone writes free verse
I think, "Yes free verse from this awful curse."
