Lost time, hope and memories,
In truth no one’s to blame.
No message found to say goodnight,
Nor is there one sent.
Embarrassed by our differences,
Hurt more by what’s not been said
Old times that we had spent together,
Photographed deep within my mind.
All confidence, love and truth,
Now that’s all left behind.
As no one sees inside my heart,
No one see the truth.
No one feels how emotionally drained
I am from losing you.

The words just seemed to fit like it was made by flawless nature. A wonderful tribute to a lost friend. The well chosen words in this poem simply said it all.
