I wish I could say that I hate you
I hate you for making me feel
what i've tried to avoid
But it's bliss is undeniable
and so tempting, so welcoming
That I find myself lost in your eyes
over and over again
Like feeling around in the dark
for decades, eternity
and suddenly the darkness
becomes overwhelming light
choking me off
and capturing my senses
Chances to be blinded
come only once every so often--
though I rear back in vain
I find myself succumbing to your aura.
