curious blue eyes
gazing at the matching skies
with one hand, he cradles his head
completely covered in green and red
Pale white skin resembling the snow
transforming the clouds as they go
dreaming of gifts and happiness to soon be his own
recalling the years of christmases and how much he's grown
santa's little helper only aware of the possibilites of the sky
santa's little helper wants to see a sleigh of reindeer fly
but what he doesn't see are the possibilites of his own
how he can change the world with a smile on his face
the very joy of believing how much he's grown
How his love can cure any sadness with one embrace
and Santa claims this child has a gift to share
his little hands hold a sleigh full of care
Santa's little helper can save Christmas Day
and spread joy to everyone with a smile
Santa's little helper is here to stay
after all red and green will always stay in style

keep gazing at the endless skies
