What is this feeling
that makes me change
everything I do
and everything I say?
I'm not the same person
all the way through
and the reason for this
is one person: YOU
You make me believe
that there's more to live for
giving me hope
and so much more
though I've so many flaws
you see right through
all the scars that changed me
to see all that's true
I've never met anyone
who's changed me this way
made me feel better
with each passing day
I've finally figured out
what it is that's above
anything I've ever known
this feeling is love.

Aww. This write is truly a heart-warmer.
Despite the fact that the tone of the person is rather sad, the hope, light and sweet love shines through, especially towards the end. I especially loved the lines

all the scars that changed me"
