You've done it again!

You’ve done it again!

I ring you this morning,
What is it with you dad?
So early in the morning,
Already you were drunk!
Tears falling down my face,
No harm to you but it’s a bloody disgrace!
Why can’t you just be honest?
The only person you are fooling is you!
I guess I should give up now,
Because there just is no talking any more is there?
The one thing I do want to say is Dad…
What you are doing is very selfish!
Not caring about me or your grand daughters,
No it’s the bottom of a bottle is all you seem to want!
Each day we make sure you are fed,
And have proper food, homemade food in your stomach,
For what?
All we seem to be doing is fighting a losing cause!
I can’t do it any more Dad,
As much as I love you with all my heart,
No way will I watch you kill yourself just as mum did,
What is it about my bat of a sister?
Everytime she is about you,
You seem to go down hill and look like you’ve been through the mill!
Well no more Dad…
If this is the way you want to live the rest of your life,
Do it but don’t involve us no more!
My kids don’t need to see this,
They don’t see their daddy or me like it,
So why should they have to see you like it?
Yes I’m hurting… actually I’m hurting badly,
That you have chose this path,
After all your promises, empty promises!
After everything you seen with mum,
Well at the end of the day we can do no more,
And I refuse to shed any more tears!
