The waterfall gently cascades
into the soft and silent glade,
where water sprites have often played
beneath the leaves of summer shade.
And then continues the crusade
as gushing sounds they start to fade,
along the path this river made
like marching in a street parade.
Bubbling like lemonade,
sounds just like a serenade,
until the sea it does invade
to ebb and flow in masquerade.

I think the only one you missed was ' accolade ' and I'll give you that myself

Thank you for your entry
Well done, very descriptive and a nice imagery to it. It has a procession to it as if flowing water to the ocean does travel. Nice job on the rhyme scheme which flowed well and didn't feel forced.
I encourage you to keep writing to read and comment.
God Bless

Wonderful
You did this monorhyme so skillfully. A terrific write. Thank you for sharing. -
I would have thought a monorhyme would be difficult to keep from sounding forced but you've made your words flow like a sparkling waterfall.
Love Margaret
