im your's, liar

i can’t believe i’m back here again
after being called a liar
having all my poetry exposed
as fraudulent, yet “cleverly disguised”
upon said accusations, i panicked
and stripped my profile page
of every piece of writing there was
before it was stolen, put somewhere else
back-dated and claimed with brazen pride
and an utter lack of respect

it very quickly became apparent
that there were people filled
with green envy, so infatuated
by my writing, that they wanted
their name behind each title.
for months, my mind was set
on revenge, deep black malice
but revenge is a vexatious task
and malice shows a lack of discipline.

so, here’s another vanity packed piece
          exposed
there for you to grab
but do you have the brazen goods
you know, the brass stuff
to take this one off my profile page
when it’s the only one there
an orphan, and all alone?

Cool poem, and great use of the word bank. I hope that this didn't really happen to you. Thanks for reading my poems!
