As my feet disappear in the soft warm sand,
I take off running as fast as I can.
Away from what? I do not know.
Fear, anger, sorrow
something inside me I can't say for certain what it is.
As I gaze across the waters edge,
My eyes follow the path that lies before me the path of the ocean.
Waves and Wind
As familiar salty sea air begins to
whisper through the layers of my hair.
Mist of the sea stings my face,
At this I set a faster pace.
Feeling the heat as my heart repeats beat after beat,
within my chest never stopping to take a rest.
I run like I never have before,
I can't feel any thing anymore.
Anger and fear no longer exist,
I wish I could always feel like this.
My feet splash the silver waters edge,
breaking the rhythm of soft ocean waves.
Something takes over me,
although of what I do not know I can not see.
Determination is what it might be.
Gladly accepting it, I do agree.
Determination setting me free.
I can't give up it lies deep within.
Like the many waters of this vast ocean,
many colors of its deep waters our eyes can surely see,
yet underneath lies a deeper, darker mystery.

SO RELAXING AND BEAUTIFUL!!!!
I used to run in my younger years and actually became quite good at it. i used to go out and run just to relax and unwind after a hard day, there is nothing like a good hard run to ease ones stress.
