Falling
Crawling
Sprawling
Calling
Simply Falling, Crawling with such doubt
And Sprawling. Calling for a way out.
As winter wanders barren lands,
Winds worsen such distress.
Depth sets in and raises all
The powers left to dream.
Snowflakes grace the greying landscape;
Their weight supressing breath.
Frozen as the solid lake,
Emotions cease their swirl.
The birds have gone: disgracing the thoughts
That once belonged to Heaven.
Cold has grown the firey passion
That once preceded death.
Left with only memeories,
A dream cannot survive.
Desperate, though, it is to breathe,
Horros have brought it down.
Fearing
Searing
Hearing
Nearing
Always Fearing, Searing with misdeeds.
Always Hearing, Nearing all the weeds.
Author notes
This is on the first picture you have up there.
This is slightly odd for me because I don't normally use form poetry, but I was captivated by the form that I use as the first and last stanza of the poem. I like it.
