Most of the time impulses come like this when you are idol and you let the mind sit and ponder on the days past that can never be changed .Only if you keep yourself busy and have plans of doing good things and fun things aso get out there and dont be by yourself life is within your reach and you can make this world a joyfel place to be .You control your mind and only when you doubt your own mind does it give it the control to have such thoughts . Get out of that room and honey be careful to what music you listen to if you listen to music that is down and speaks of cutting and harm so shall your mind follow suit . Listen to music of
wonder and magic that helps the soul fly with joy
