I am a daughter, a sister, a friend
from a family of seven, I'll love 'till the end.
I am a happy, care free soul
who will sing her way up to achieving her goals.
I am a lover of life and its curves
I follow the road and I heed every swerve.
I am that girl who is pretty but smart
I live life to the fullest, and love from my heart.
I am that person you wish you could know
with stories to tell that would help you to grow.
I am the one who will always be strong
I will live life and love, and I will live very long.
I am the reflection I see every day
I am who I am, and that's how I'll stay.

This seemed to me like you were more focused on the rhyme scheme than the actual message behind the poem.
I have this list of phrases in front of me, but they could be applied to nearly anyone. They don't actually describe the person in any sort of concrete detail. I do appreciate the effort,
