While this is a good take on the picture, I would really love to see you expand on this idea. Possibly add a little more detail to make your reader sick with grief. Well done, and thanks for entering!

this is really good, it's short but it packs a punch, wow, the last two lines are so lingering, and sad, best of luck in the contest
