Dirt
They say
Should never
Be found under
Nails of a lady
It won't attract the men
Who only like girls dainty
We should be all shined up pretty
Polished until all parts are perfect
Only then will we find one who loves us
But I would like a man who knows the Earth
Who likes to run his fingers through it
And connects with it as I do
For it is not dirt to me
But needed connection
To the Great Mother
And her blessings
Together
We'll build
Love

Thank you for your entry
Love this. Yes a man who connects with Mother Earth is one that I would want too. Nicely done with the prompt.
The form was done well you stuck to the syllable count and did really well.
I encourage you to keep writing to read and comment.
God Bless
