Sky blue eyes with starlight shimmers
Your eyes lay bear my soul
With darkness bloom my sweet desires
Our union makes me whole
By midnight moon our passions smolder
From touch they burst to flames
The pulsing rush that flows between us
Our heartfelt wish proclaims

Terrific!
Oh Oh! This is one of my favorites! You hit a home run with this one. Excellent word choice with lots of alliteration and assonance, great rhythm and intelligent rhyme. I think this is deserving of much more than a bronze.

thats wat comes to my mind when i read this. i love the description and how evething just flowed especially when i read it aloud. i just imagine holding my hands out like a cup and passion being poured into it. think, creamy liquid passion.

Oh my. This is tender and soft. Beautiful and gentle. Warm and blue. I loved the gentle rhyme and lovely meandering of love talk.
Nice nice nice. Just what the contest ordered. Well done. ~Pamela

:)
Thank you so much, not only for your kind comment, but also for posting this contest. If you had not, I would never have written this. Your prompt, the picture & "burn beneath the moon", were both very inspiring. I had a great time writing this and am so glad you enjoyed it.
Thanks again!
