Birch is the tree of beginnings
Renewal and youth's winnings
Rowan has magic of protection
And also emotional connection
Alder helps to provide strength
And endurance to go the length
Willow is a tree of great vision
Giving power of female intuition
Ash helps to give us knowledge
Sometimes it's better than college
Hawthorn is a tree of contradiction
Consequences, relationship friction
Oak gives the leaders of nobility
Their strength and their stability
Holly moves us forward to action
So we progress with no distraction
Hazel builds up our creative ways
While keeping pure our hurried days
Apple helps up to find our true love
And sends generosity from above
The Vine reminds us should relax
And meditate to find the real facts
Ivy brings change to patient few
If determined to find out what to do
Reed lends it's harmony to growth
If you swear by ancient secret oath
Blackthorn seeks to find control
And perspective to make you whole
Elder is the tree of continual evolution
Helping to finding an ongoing solution
Fir brings needed energetic sincerity
To find achievement and certain clarity
Gorse is good if you need resources
Or to expose any possible evil forces
Heather is for those who are in love
Filling you with feelings, light as a dove
Aspen stands strong for an army's victory
When you don't wish to be contradictory
And then there is the holy tree of Yew
Helping to clear illusions in front of you
Author notes
The Celtics had meanings for all the trees they found in their land. Their significance was passed down from generation to generation, enriching the lives of their clanmates and future kin.

I found this both interesting and educational. I knew the meanings for a few of them, but not all. Very interesting. Thanks for entering.
