Free spirit with a rainbow soul,
dwells within your being;
strong opinion on human rights,

sometimes leading to despair;
always willing to help a friend,

Curiosity carries you,
answers you need to know
pulled at times between right and wrong,
because of awareness of your soul.
Pure heart, strong will;
with a need to succeed,
vibrant and colorful,

That was beautiful, I hope you do great in the contest you entered, you never cease to amaze me with your poems.
I know I don't always comment on your poetry, but am an avid reader of them...
I love the imagery you put into this, I can see the man you're talking about, nothing else needs to be said.

My favorite stanza, and honestly, I don't think this poem needs anything else to it. it's short and sweet, and shows it all.
