She lies on the floor
Her white dress stained,
With the deep ruby red blood
And when they found her.
They all said
Her life had left her,
They bowed their heads in pity
Not knowing she never needed their pity.
She Just needed their help
And the eyes which never saw the bruises,
And the voices which spoke in whispers
When ever she was around the town.
And so she now lies on the floor
Her white dress stained,
With deep ruby red blood
She lies broken, shattered and bleeding.
