That Unread Letter

“See there's this place in me where your fingerprints still rest, your kisses still linger, and your whispers softly echo. It's the place where a part of you will forever be a part of me.” – Anonymous

Somewhere in-between the words of saying how to feel
and knowing what to say, became another formation to
just linger there for that moment- in time- not speaking
such linguistics.

And those moments, though valuable, smiled that smile-

-Not saying anything…just relished in these thoughts
penned on parchments; and such reactions from the distance,
could not foresee that curvature of pliant lips into upside –down rainbow, or where lines of poetry written described the intricacies
lying before you and I…speaking what this voice could not say.

So for now, take this as the promise of coming – a return from
where we first  began our journey

Often times silence says well beyond what words could do. A look, a touch, a slow smile...this reminds me of them all. Fantastic piece.

This is really beautifully written. You can feel the honesty and emotion within the piece and it just makes you sigh and nod your head in agreement. Uniquely expressed and very strong.

you know this poem honestly is something i think i needed to read today, i can't really say why, but it was.

Somewhere in-between the words of saying how to feel
and knowing what to say, became another formation to
just linger there for that moment- in time- not speaking
    such linguistics.

this part right here speaks in volumes, and that is what i like about it, keep it flowing and good luck in the contest
