You called just today
You wanted to remember tonight
I did my best, and left out of sight
Used is the best way to describe it all
You think life is a little joy is only you can bring
Well some day you will understand
Joy in not only in your hand
Life is more than a kiss and a hug
One can get this from about anyone
My dog kisses me when I need a lift
My fish is always blowing me much of this
I left a rose, this is just for you
When things come up this is nothing new
The day will begin again tomorrow
And night will dawn the day
I have just kissed you for the last day
