She watched as they slowly fell away from her.
They were almost like an organized team of dominos falling;
When one fell away, the other fell away with them.
She should be used to it by now --
She told her head this constantly if only to comfort herself.
But eventually, she started to fall away from herself.
Just like the others; one thing fell into an organized shit pile
And another fell after that.
Yet she kept her emotions in check.
She cried herself to sleep, yes --
But why worry others over her?
She'd be fine; this was another thing she told herself constantly to
Try and block out the pain of falling and trying to stay up at the same time.
They say that children always blame themselves for everything when they are young.
She did this, but she considered it true
And normal.
She took her feelings to the grave...
And she died alone.
Author notes
These were my feelings during a very bad period of my life.

Love it and I can relate.
Another poem, another masterpiece. I like the last two lines:
"She took her feelings to the grave...
And she died alone."
I can really feel your loneliness from this poem, and I can relate. Good job.
