Old Mother Bear lived deep in the woods.
She went to sleep early in the fall.
Not so heavily that she didn't hear the other little animals call.
For many years she woke up to tell of Christmas.
Not all of then know how Christmas came about.
When Mother Bear heard not everyone knew,
She said wake me from my sleep
Gladly will I tell of Christmas to you all
For many years she woke to greet them all
I believe I hear her say "I'm coming my dears."
The sat in the forest under the largest pine tree.
Where pine cones, and snowflakes decorated it.
Nuts and berries had been gathered, snacks for all.
Mother Bear with her paw brushed her head,
Curls now appeared, and everyone smiled at her.
God sent His son to be born on earth.
In a far away land, and about this time of year.
This was to bring Peace to all the world
Where man would love his brothers and sisters.
Just as we join together here to tell of the Baby Jesus.
Love Something God gives us all better know as Blessings.
In this He is saying I love each of you, all equally.
His little Mommy and Daddy rabbits and baby bunny .
The squirrels, foxes, Beavers, and the prancing deers.
The animals said that man was not there with them now.
Mother Bear said this is easy to fix my little ones.
We will make a snowman to take his place, and they did.
When Mother bear finished telling of the story.
A prayer was said and the snacks were eaten.
Before Mother Bear left they all sang "Silent Night".
