Seeing you laughing and crying in volatility
What have I truly said?
A fleeting moment that I have wasted?
Or reveled in the time without you?
I wouldn't know
I do not want to hurt anyone
I just want to follow His rules
Living in finite respectfulness
You and I are equals
Wanting to know what is and what isn't
And maybe what is beyond the point
Of the threshold of the unknown
Beauty of the spirit, beauty of the mind
Is something that I cherish
Beyond the shallow crevasse of our world
I want to be one with a heart
To cherish each and every time
With someone who cares for me for who I am
That I can celebrate with God in true happiness
I always will respect what you say
That is the way things are meant to be
And someday, because it is promised
I will have someone to hold on to
An autonomous voice of a unified mind
