The Groom's Poem

I'm a poem written with divine love
On the canvas inside my heart he wrote
This man shall do work assigned from above
Words he sung to me from his very throat

To me he entrusted earthly treasure
Each precious gift which he assigned to me
Never was meant only for my pleasure
But to share and give as he would decree

I'm a poem written to share his love
On a parchment for all to look and read
To see not me but him who dwells above
Words for heart and soul to nourish and feed

Come to me and read the works of his life
The groom shares his love poem for his wife

What a beautiful sonnet! A poem written as a poem from the depths of a man's heart, what a wonderful thought.

    Love,
