The stockings all were hung
The children’s eyes closed tight
Anticipating jingle bells
‘T was the middle of the night
But where oh where is Santa
He perhaps got lost?
Or else he’d surely be here
His mission flying at all cost
The truth of the matter is
Santa has other interests in mind
As he parks his Christmas sleigh
And Prancer seems to think in kind
Those naughty little children
On their best behavior for the night
Can just wait for Santa awhile
Before he takes off on his flight
The other reindeer politely
Chose to be ever so discreet
As Prancer primped and wiggled
Right up to Santa’s feet
This was more than Santa expected
More than he’d bargained for
More than he could handle
He couldn’t take it anymore
So he whacked Prancer a good one
Which of course pleased this reindeer
And started Santa thinking
How enticing he looked from the rear
This I can't resist thought Santa
As they started with their fun
Just so I get back to Mrs Santa
Before the horizon meets the sun

A silly contest entry

I forget what the other one was. *xmas* maybe? We'll see.

this is a hilarious poem - a little on the naughty side - but so good
it makes me rethink putting brandy out for him this year! I wish you the best in the contest with this entry - smoothly done!
Best of luck
