Thank You, thank You Father, for lifting me up!
Thank You, thank You Father, for giving me sup!
You give me all that I need,
You light up my path and strengthen my deed!
(Chorus)
When I'm feeling lonely or thinking I lack,
You correct my thinking, bring me right back.
I consider my position; I'm not of this world,
You told me You’re coming to restore and make whole!
Chorus
When I'm feeling doubt or thinking I can't,
You remind me~ that’s Satan's rant;
I'm told I can do all things through The Christ,
with that I’m strengthened, put in the right!
Chorus
Through each passing moment of each passing day,
You lift me and strengthen through what You say;
when I don’t question what You command,
I feel You right by me, holding my hand!
Thank You, thank You Father, for lifting me up!
Thank You, thank You Father, for giving me sup!
You give me all that I need,
You light up my path and strengthen my deed!
Thank You, thank You Father, for lifting me up!
Thank You, thank You Father, for giving me sup!

Author notes
Col 3:15 And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
Php 4:7 And the peace of El, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through The Christ Yahshua.
11 Not that I speak in respect of want: for I have learned, in whatsoever state I am, therewith to be content.
12 I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need.
13 I can do all things through The Christ which strengtheneth me.
1Ti 6:8 And having food and raiment let us be therewith content. [satisfied & thankful!]
Jas 1:4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing.
5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of Elohim, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
1Th 5:18 In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of Yah in The Christ Yahshua concerning you.

Refreshing
I'm sorry to say I don't come across as many signs of religion in my every day life as I would like to. Work, school, and some days it seems the world is pushing me down- it can be so hard sometimes to remember how much we are blessed. I admire you for staying strong through it all- "When I'm feeling doubt or thinking I can't,
You remind me~ that’s Satan's rant;" - and I believe that line is my absolute favorite
Thank you for reminding me of my blessings. -

Inspiring!
Once again you have penned a poem of blessing, one of hope and thanksgiving for the realization that you have all that you need now and can expect completness in the life to come.
This poem reminds me of (2 Cor 12:10)the scripture that says "..I take pleasure in weakness, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong."
Thanks for sharing this thoughtful write.
