I press the tips of the knife to my wrist
the skin parts
and blood fills the space
forming droplets that race down my skin
burning a trail.
I cry, wonder why.
I push deeper, furrowing into the skin.
Calming my emotions, feeling the sting of love.

I like it. I used to cut, stopped about four years ago, but I remember it all quite vividly. This has some awesome imagry and some great, true, raw feelings. Really good.
