Life can flow like a charm
one moment you have a happy family
next it is crushed and broken
now living in some kind of simile
One moment there is a Mom and Dad
a life can be taken so quickly
we are all just candles flickering in the wind
the flame can be removed quite briskly
How do you tell two small boys
that Mom shall never return
how could they be happy with toys
when their eyes with tears burn
You can tell them everything will be alright
though there is an empty place at the table
life can have such twists and turns
it always does not end like a happy fable

What a true, true statement.
Wow, I am in awe.
Thank you.

Sadness can be felt here, the lost of a wife after being together for so long, the tears and fears of young boys, the empty feelings of the one parent left behind.
