Heart broken the silence screamed of pain,
lost within a vacume od sorrow once again.
Life we live with hope yet when all hope dies,
fail not to see in the reflection the sparkle left that night .
Within a tear as it flowed down my cheek,
there was a slight sparkle of light just for me to see .
The tinniest ray of hope took hold of my mind ,
and in that split second there was such love entertwined .
For as the tears vanished and I truly began to see,
that person in my reflection was talking to me .
I touched the glass with fingertips to touch the lips with thought ,
and in that split second within love I was so caught.
Others in this world may not love me,
and the whisper I so heard .
But I love you this you must see ,
without speeking a word.
I looked deep within her eyes,
and within this moment in time.
I saw what once was that free loving person,
I had lost along the line .
To feel this love is the help one so needs ,
its the very embrace of the love within you see.
For hearts are so mended as the soul takes command ,
see that sparkle within your tears and see the light again.
As I looked about my prison I had made,
and saw all the things that had brought me to this place.
I began removing the pain and with each fevered step,
I knew from that moment on I was free of such hell.
Each day became brighter and the light I began to feel ,
didnt see the light fro tears anymore for today they are real .
Looking out into the world and knowing how each smile lifts me to a higher high,
Better than any one could give me for Ive seen it with my own two eyes .

you hold the light to freedom if only you could see that person inneed of love first has to be loved by me

Beautiful in its heartfelt, in-depth emotion and message. And I also love your 'an' phrase - keeper of your soul.
