This is excellent. The warmth and nostalgia you manage to convey in so few words is fantastic. I love this. And yes, it works just as well without the picture -- but the picture is great too.

Nice take on the prompt, I assume she is speaking of her doll. I believe that the line "you will always be part of my childhood dreams" should read "you will always be a part of my childhood dreams"
