You want to define derision,
painful art submissions,
cranking out the orphaned oath,
sad soft sad soft permissions.
I want to become something more than everyday trash,
more than thrashing death,
more inside crashing dumb and violent,
than grabbing the testicles of god,
laughing quietly to myself...
I hold my inexplicable feelings aside,
until I can no longer keep it all in.
This is my sin,
Letting Loki take over.
Allowing my id too much free reign.
I started writing with the certainty that we all were insane,
the only variances being degrees of delusion,
and our incredible infinities.
I've only become more certain of my original premise.
It explains,
law, corporations, and every complex we've imposed on outside reality.
Not to say it's wrong or incorrect to do so,
but just that it's insane.
Don't try to argue this with a cop,
or any other robot.
Unless we all listen to our geniuses,
and their fairly obvious conclusions,
and some of whatever crazy thing they resolve from these conclusions,
and conveniently persues their agenda.
Is there a gay agenda?
No.
Is there a Christian Agenda?
Yes.
They think they rule reality.
They do not.
All authority is derived from the idea that we are right.
All authority is absurd unless we choose to listen.
Those who take it too seriously...one way or the other,
are absurd as well.
To the ignorant little programs;
I'm sorry you're so ridiculous,
I apologize to laugh at you, but it's for my sanity.
I do not have a choice.
So buckle up in your little suit slut...
get straight,
and die stupid.
What a fucking waste.
But that's okay...
part of tolerance...
is letting you make that decision.
I won't tell you you're stupid and intellectually limited,
and bereft,
but I'm free to think so.
That's mine.
Psychosociety.

Aahh, the pathos of those not plasticine enough to step in line and fly right. You are right, you don't have to tell them you are free to think what you will. Though there are those orginizations that would like to monitor and police our thoughts too. Course the telling of your thoughts to those you have described would be a waste of time. They wouldn't understand and they would never see themselves in your words. Sometimes one needs to give their "Id free reign", and let "Loki loose", or Eshu, or Coyote, or whichever trickster you relate to. I enjoyed your words. They did strike me as more of a rant than a poem but then again I may just not be sophisticated enough.

You were sophisticated enough to recognize a rant for what it is, adding to that, it wasn't a dis you provided...only an observation. Most of my work consists of some ranting. It's emotive for me. For the reader, maybe they catch the feeling, or not. That's really the idea though isn't it? If poetry doesn't move you, it might be bad poetry, or you might not be on the same wavelength as the author was...and writers often let things get out of hand and lose focus. I always write whatever I conceptualize. Sometimes it's personal and emotional. I don't expect the reader to be able to diferentiate. I'm not sure how they could in most cases. I appreciate you read this and had something to say about it.
It doesn't take much to make me happy.
Thanks.
Take care.
