Aliterated Fringes

Agorophobic anglos, alight in the international.
Hermitacally homophobic hermaphrodites,
so scared of their unsated sexuality.
All of them surely shit themselves upon seeing,
the truth is that everyone is afraid.

Author notes

Trying to learn some fundamentals. I've had very little formal training. And I know, people will think, "No....not you man." But it's true. So...is this an example of alliteration?
Where does it fail?

Is this an example of alliteration?

I plan to revise this poem: please leave constructive criticism!

    I think so, yes
and its' amazing where it takes you
    but one question is
how far do you want to take it

Trying to wrap my head around it only. Part of the learning process. Trying to compensate for my complete lack of formal education late in life. Or...mid-life...going back to the basics. Posting an assignment more than a poem. But few people read my poems anyway. I might as well take advantage of the forum to get feedback from some of the exceptional poets who do.
