In the Distance

Missing image
In the distance a danger
Speaks from the mouth of a stranger
A stranger that drifts across humid air
A stranger that shifts with fog in it's hair
As the danger draws nearer
It blocks out the light
In dark winged terror
The ravens take flight
Mad words are flung
From a damp humid voice
In a strange tongue
Harsh sounding and course
Through razor edged teeth
With such forceful might
That the north wind in greif
Falls sullen and quiet
The moon tries to jump
In front of the sun
Rainbow vapors erupt
In atomic style bomb
Explosions in gas
Take the slithering sky
Shatters the sun like a glass
Blinds the moon's bloody eye
Blows up my heart
Along with my mind
Leaving my relics of art
Somewhere in time...

Sometimes silence is golden...

Yes is not only chemicals in pills, but in the air we breath
The shepherd is making sure no one must survive under any circumstancies
All sheep must be druged before the slaughter at least he is kind, to spare us the pain
    Thank you for your entry

Events alien to perception unfold before observers who do not notice anything. As if nothing occurred they carry on with matters that do not matter. It is a lost course for a lost cause. Yet beyond that there is hope and correlary life. Not as we know it, but better then it ever has been before. Thank you for creating and sharing, perceptive angel.

Beautiful write. I liked the parts of gas explosions and the sun shattering. Beautiful imagery and it made me think of how beautiful and bright sunsets can look sometimes. Thanks for sharing and keep that pen flowing.

Often the knowledge you contain comes out in your poetry. One just has to know I think. But yes there is the ever present darkness lurking. But your eyes still light up the poets page.
