And I can’t sleep
Poem bouncing around in my head
My eyes are closed
But my muse is still screaming
“Wake up! Get up! I need to write!”
Grr…
I have no choice
I swear someday…
I’ll just make it go to bed fifteen minutes before me

prompt: but I never felt so awake..
this is perfect! My facebook status was set to "Dawn is having troubles with her muse keeping her up late when she's extremely tired... that muse is going to need a bed time."
How this actually fits the prompt: Umm... once I got up and started writing, I was awake and couldn't go back to sleep for another half hour or so.
